We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:
- You receive an incorrect item
- Your order contains damaged product(s)
- Your order has a printing mistake
- Part of your order is missing from the package
Once we receive the return product please allow 6-10 days business to process for you.
All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.

The shipping was on point and I love the feel of the shoes. However, when they came in the had a strong nail polisher smell and the design isnt as bold as the picture presenting the products show. I believe yall should stay away the yeezys until they fix them. Cause if a simplistic design is easy messed up I dont even wanna see the more complicated designed ones.

I’m in love with these shoes!! I ordered them and thought I wouldn’t get them for a month; I was wrong about that but I’m not complaining. As soon as they shipped, I got tracking information (which said they would arrive by July 20th) and got them 4 days earlier than expected! The fit is right on the mark, and they are super comfortable. They look amazing!! They’re exactly what I ordered and they look like the product on the site. Definitely worth the money I spent, in my opinion. I’d definitely order again!

In the refund policy it states that any error made by the purchaser (shoe size, etc) can’t be refunded. With that being said, I purchased shoes for my partner which were the right size but because of the type of shoe, they didn’t fit. It would be nice if they let you refund the shoes to get your money back expecially since these shoes cost nearly $100 or over. (Took a very long time to arrive but that could be because of COVID and the box came a little rough.)
