Return & Refund
We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:
- You receive an incorrect item
- Your order contains damaged product(s)
- Your order has a printing mistake
- Part of your order is missing from the package
Once we receive the return product please allow 6-10 days business to process for you.
All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.

- Processing Time: All orders are sent to the manufacturer within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 5 – 7 business days.

These shoes are unbelievably awesome. I ordered them and they actually arrived earlier than I expected! When I opened them they were even better looking in person! They used a very lightweight foot friendly shoe and my only problem was that I ordered them too big so please try to measure your foot properly. They don’t do exchanges for the wrong size so I’m gifting them to my brother but I’ve already re-ordered the size I think will fit the best! I’m eagerly awaiting my next pair to arrive and I definitely plan on ordering a few more! Also the customer service is pretty damn good! I’m officially part of Team Animetrium ..

The shoes look great, but they’re *very* long and narrow. I ordered size 10s and these are about the length of an 11 and the width of an average 8, so if you have long, narrow feet these will probably be great, but not so much if you have wider feet.
