Return & Refund
We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:
- You receive an incorrect item
- Your order contains damaged product(s)
- Your order has a printing mistake
- Part of your order is missing from the package
Once we receive the return product please allow 6-10 days business to process for you.
All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.

These shoes are exactly how they show in pictures! I ordered the Tanjiro water breathing shoes and they are printed beautifully. I wasn’t sure if they’d come considering I was unfamiliar with the website but after a little over two weeks they came today. I ordered a women’s 8 and they left a bit of room at the toe but its not too bad. A 7.5 probably would be perfect but I didn’t see that size available.
They’re really comfortable and I love the material they’re made of. If they get dirty they look as though they can easily be wiped which is great. The tongue of the shoe is squishy and really comfortable. They’re not like Vans that has a pretty flat thin tongue that has no cushion in it.
Also, the tracking is very informative for this website. I received detailed updates in my emails on when and where my package was at!

I bought these for my boyfriend, was really skeptical at first because I saw so many reviews saying that this was not a trusted website but went along with the transaction & did not regret it, the print was exactly as it showed in the photo. When inspecting the photo of the shoes I didn’t really like the tag on the back, but when I got the shoe I realized it was a branding watermark so I’m super impressed about the outcome. My boyfriend loves the shoes I just wish they came in a box and not wrapped in plastic, would’ve made them so much better.
