Return & Refund
We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:
- You receive an incorrect item
- Your order contains damaged product(s)
- Your order has a printing mistake
- Part of your order is missing from the package
Once we receive the returned product, please allow 6-10 business days to process for you.
Our inspection department will process all returned products for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.

I’m in love with these shoes!! I ordered them and thought I wouldn’t get them for a month or two; I was wrong about that but I’m not complaining. As soon as they shipped, I got tracking information (which said they would arrive by July 20th) and got them 4 days earlier than expected! The fit is right on the mark, and they are super comfortable. They look amazing!! They’re exactly what I ordered and they look like the product on the site. Definitely worth the money I spent, in my opinion. I’d definitely order again!

They look pretty fire. xD Nice and comfortable, also if you want to get wrinkle guards you can use the plastic inserts that come with them. You will just need to cut off the ends.
