Return & Refund
We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:
- You receive an incorrect item
- Your order contains damaged product(s)
- Your order has a printing mistake
- Part of your order is missing from the package
Once we receive the return product please allow 6-10 days business to process for you.
All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.

ii was a little nervous, with all the scams going on, to order these shoes. However, after receiving them and seeing how amazing they look that all went out the window (lol). This pair has nice art. The wrong sticker was put on the heel. It said 43 for 9.5 US Mens but, the shoe was actually an US 11 mens. The customer service is not good!! Emily, stuck to her 43 is correct measurement. She wouldnt listen to anything I was saying! Even after sending in pictures w/ tape measurement. No exchanges & no returns unless damaged is what she kept repeating.
Human error is obviously what has happened with the sticker label. Im going to stick to US companies from now on. Learned a lesson!
