Return & Refund
We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:
- You receive an incorrect item
- Your order contains damaged product(s)
- Your order has a printing mistake
- Part of your order is missing from the package
Once we receive the return product please allow 6-10 days business to process for you.
All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.

Long time for shipping although expected being international. Love the design and feel but sizing came a full size bigger than normal fitting.

I didnt like how the laces are super long but we just purchased some shorter ones. The tongue of the shoe could’ve been a different material in my opinion but over all husband loves it! He was showing it off to everyone!!! Will be purchasing more in the long run. Family and friends asked for site so more purchases coming your way!

I purchased these anime sneakers for my son for Christmas. He loves the unique cool design and the comfortable fit!! I purchased a size 11, and he normally wears a 10. The sneakers shipped quickly and it took us about a month to receive them . They arrived just in time for Christmas! My son loves them so much, that hes thinking of ordering another pair of anime sneakers!

SWEATshoe is decent. Is advertised as an ugly sweater but is not. I’ve noticed most places advertising ugly sweaters are not selling sweaters. They are sweatshoes.
Very slow shipping. Ordered November 24th hoping to have as an ugly SWEATER for Christmas but did not get it until January 10th. About 3 weeks of that, according to tracking, was going from LA to Iowa. Part of the tracking showed it had went over Iowa and clear to the east coast. Support said that slow shipping was due to covid. Had ordered lots of stuff from Amazon and had no issues there.
Might order from the company again sometime but will not plan on getting items quickly. As I said, not super unhappy about the sweater thing because most companies are doing this but am disappointed.

I’m not 100% disappointed but I’m not 100% satisfied…I’m more like 85% satisfied. The only reason I’m disappointed is because on the website, it’s listed as Goku Jordan’s…but when I received them there isn’t a Nike Air brand on the shoes..They still look bad ass though…I just wish you guys didn’t label it as Jordan’s when they aren’t. .
