Return & Refund
We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:
- You receive an incorrect item
- Your order contains damaged product(s)
- Your order has a printing mistake
- Part of your order is missing from the package
Once we receive the return product please allow 6-10 days business to process for you.
All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.

The product is less of a quality than the picture shows, but still nice. I was disappointed to see that it is a drop shipping service from China, and I could have purchased the exact same shoe (which I did in a smaller size for my wife) for 36 dollars USD shipped. The size was accurate to my foot, and I did get the item as described. The socks were no where close to fitting, and thankfully my wife wanted them and they were a free throw in anyways. While I give it 4 stars because they were accurate to what they sell, don’t overpay and go elsewhere.
