Once we receive the return product please allow 6-10 days business to process for you.
All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.

the sweater material looks nothing like the picture, and the colour is different too. but the zipper is actually pretty good quality and will probably last a while. even though it doesnt really look like the picture its still pretty decent. also it took a very long time to arrive. i ordered this at the beginning of february and its now almost the end of march. the customer service was excellent. they were quick to reply, helpful, and polite.
