We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:

Once we receive the return product please allow 6-10 days business to process for you.
All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.

These are the best shoes, if you really like the anime series hunter X hunter, I highly recommend these shoes. These shoes are very high-quality the paint Job is great no smudges. Ive had the JD1 shoe for close to a week and I must say Im very satisfied with the comfort and look of shoe I absolutely love the light weight of the shoe Im on my feet 10 to 12 hrs a day sometimes 6 days a week I waited to do a review so I could see if I would still love them days after using them and I am I dont know why I wait so long to get them a great investment
