We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:
- You receive an incorrect item
- Your order contains damaged product(s)
- Your order has a printing mistake
- Part of your order is missing from the package
Once we receive the return product please allow 6-10 days business to process for you.
All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.

- Processing Time: All orders are sent to the manufacturer within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 5 – 7 business days.

They are really cool looking, but the insoles are awful they slip out way too easy and are paper thin. So I bought some new ones and now they are good. These are good inside shoes but, if you are on uneven ground your feet tend slide around a bit due to the mesh top of the shoes.

Just the greatest, the work time is a little long but it’s definitely worth the wait. To be honest I was just looking for a pair of stylish shoes to show off so I didn’t care much about being comfortable in them but after putting them off I don’t want to take them off. They’re really comfortable and the colors look amazing on them. Everything looks and feels perfect so these were so sooooo very worth buying and waiting for. Can’t wait to get more merch off this site :))
