We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:
- You receive an incorrect item
- Your order contains damaged product(s)

Once we receive the return product please allow 6-10 days business to process for you.
All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.

I love these shoes. Comfy and stylish. The artwork is phenomenal quality and it was worth the wait (although I still didn’t wait too long to get my shoes; think it was 3 weeks after ordering?). While the shoes kinda looked like Nike Dunks online, they certainly do not feel or look like them in person and that is the only somewhat negative thing I can say (I at least felt like they were kind of advertised as Dunks, even if not explicitly stated as such). However, I can look past that due to the artwork quality and comfort. Shoes also seem to be holding up very well so far. I love them and will definitely be buying additional sneakers! Thank you, Animetrium! 😀

I love them, but one suggestion would be to put a design on the tongue of the shoe other than that they are comfy and true to size .

I was really nervous about buying from the site at first, wasn’t sure if it was a scam or if the shoes would look like the pictures. Holy shit. I’m so glad I tried this place, the shoes are absolutely stunning. I bought em for my friend for her birthday and they’re already wrapped, that’s why I don’t have a picture but seriously. These shoes are beautiful and I’m definitely gonna order a pair for myself soon! The package came pretty quickly too! Only note is that I never got an email for when it shipped and never said it delivered, so that was weird, but they’re so beautiful I didn’t care! It probably took about 2 weeks or so when I got em.

The quality was a bit lacking. The paint was light on some main areas of the shoes. I decided not to hold it against them since Ive ordered from Animetrium many times before and have been very pleased. I hope to not have this issue again. Regardless of the art, the shoe quality itself is great and they are very comfortable.
